Lead-Free Water Pressure Reducing Valve
The lead-free water pressure-reducing valve has a precise valve core that controls water pressure. It can lower high water pressure in the pipe to a safe level as needed. This helps prevent leaks and protects faucets and other bathroom equipment from damage. It can also reduce harm to pipes caused by water hammer. The valve uses a standard threaded connection, so it is easy to install and seals well.

1″ Female High-Pressure Ball Valve
1″ Female High-Pressure Ball Valves are suitable for fluid control under high-pressure conditions. They are used to quickly switch on or off liquid, gas, and other media in pipelines. They are widely used in petrochemical plants, hydraulic systems, industrial pipelines, and high-pressure water supply systems. These products help keep fluids moving safely and smoothly, even when the pressure is very high.

Adjustable Differential Bypass Valve
An adjustable differential pressure bypass valve helps the system run smoothly. It controls pressure and keeps a small amount of water flowing. When radiator valves or other branch valves close, the valve opens by itself to let water pass through another path. This helps reduce noise from fast water flow and keeps the pump working in a safe and stable way in heating or cooling systems.

Lead Free Brass Bronze Ball Valve
Lead-free copper bronze ball valve, lead-free elements can avoid water pollution by lead, ensure drinking water safety, and can quickly connect, cut off, or adjust the water, gas, and some corrosive fluids. By turning the ball inside, the valve opens or closes smoothly and accurately. It is used in drinking water systems, water supply and drainage, HVAC, food processing, and chemical systems.

Isolator Uni-Flange Ball Valve
The Isolator Uni-Flange Ball Valve uses a special design with a flange on one side. The other side can use a threaded or welded connection, depending on what is needed. It can connect directly to pipes or equipment with a flange, without extra parts. By turning the handle, the valve can quickly open or close the pipe and separate the flow on each side. It is a key component to improve the control efficiency of the pipeline system and the safety of maintenance.

Brass Pressure Relief Valve With Pressure Gauge
A brass pressure relief valve with a pressure gauge is automatically opened to release excess pressure when the fluid pressure in the pipeline or equipment exceeds the set safety value. When the pressure drops to a safe range, it is closed. At the same time, the equipped pressure gauge can visually display the pressure value in the system in real time. It is applied to water supply and drainage systems, HVAC equipment, pressure vessels, and hydraulic systems.

Pressure Reducing Valve With R1 1/2″ Threaded Connections
Parameters of Pressure Reducing Valve With R1 1/2″ Threaded Connections
A pressure-reducing valve with R1 1/2 inch threaded connections has a built-in valve core to control water pressure. It lowers high inlet pressure to a safe level based on actual needs, helping prevent pipe bursts and damage to equipment. The valve keeps the pressure stable and can adjust within a wide range. It also helps reduce water hammer impact in the pipes. This valve is often used in hotel and factory pipelines, as well as at the water inlets of large bathroom equipment.

1. Can your engineering team assist with pressure relief valve selection?
Our engineering team can help customers choose the right pressure-reducing valves from start to finish. We check the type of fluid in the pipeline, the working pressure, connection types, flow needs, and where the valve will be used, like home water supply, industrial pipelines, or commercial HVAC systems. Using product details and past experience, we suggest the best valve model, material, and installation parts. We can also calculate pipeline pressure, give advice on the installation plan, and guide customers on adjusting and testing the valve.
2. What fluid media can the pressure relief valve be adapted to?
The universal models can be adapted for work with water, air, steam, and other neutral media. For other strong corrosive media, the valve body is made of 316L stainless steel, Hastelloy, and other materials, while the seals are PTFE, accurately matched according to the PH value and temperature of the medium.
3. What are the connection methods of pressure relief valves?
Pressure relief valves can be connected to pipelines in three main ways: threaded, flange, and welded connections. Threaded connections usually use standard types like G or NPT. They are easy to install and remove, and are good for small and medium pipes in homes or commercial buildings. Flange connections use bolts to seal the valve, can handle high pressure, and have good sealing, making them suitable for large pipes in industrial systems. Welded connections attach the valve directly to the pipe with welding.

4. Does the lead-free model comply with California AB 1953 or EU RoHS?
The lead-free series strictly meet the standards of California AB 1953 and EU RoHS 2.0. Lead content ≤ 0.25%. For parts in contact with drinking water, lead precipitation ≤ 5μg/L meets the requirements of NSF 61 Section 9. Third-party testing agency-issued lead-free test reports can be provided to guarantee that products conform to environmental laws and regulations in North America, the EU, and other markets.
5. Does the factory provide customized services?
Support customized services. Customizing special thread/flange interface, adjusting pressure adjustment range, adding pressure feedback interface, customizing valve body color (such as anti-corrosion coating), engraving customer brand logo, etc. Detailed technical drawings or parameter requirements shall be provided for customization. Small orders can also be ordered.
6. What trade terms are supported with pressure-reducing valves?
Plumberstar as a valves supplier supported Including EXW (ex works, customer responsible for all transportation and customs clearance), FOB (port of shipment, we are responsible for the goods to the designated port and shipment), CIF (cost, insurance and freight, we are responsible for transportation and insurance) and so on Responsibility and cost division of different terms strictly follow INCOTERMS 2020 standard, and can be flexibly selected according to customer needs.
7. How does one order and customize a pressure-reducing valve?
Spot orders: 1-3 working days after the customer pays, complete the packaging and delivery, provide the logistics number; non-spot orders: start production after the advance payment is received, notify the customer to pay the final payment after the completion of production, deliver within 1-2 working days after the final payment is received, and synchronize the production and delivery progress.

8. How to avoid pressure relief valve blockage?
A filter of corresponding precision must be installed on the inlet side of the pressure-reducing valve. It is recommended that the filtration accuracy be 1/5 to 1/10 of the maximum particle diameter of the medium. For conditions with high particle content, filters with a self-cleaning function can be selected. We can provide pressure relief valve models with a built-in filter screen, offering double protection to prevent plugging and seat blockage.
9. Can you provide the product performance test report?
Plumberstar Factory performance test reports for each batch of products are available, as well as third-party authoritative test reports for specific orders. Test items include the tightness test, decompression accuracy test, overvoltage protection test, temperature resistance test, and life test, among others. and it’s able to provide a free testing report to customers with each bulk order of valves.
