Stainless Steel Manifold A stainless steel manifold is a part used to share and control water or gas. It is made of stainless steel and has many ports on one body. These ports can connect to different pipes and devices. It is often used in factories, heating and water systems, labs, and energy equipment. The manifold helps send water or gas to many places at the same time, or control each line separately. It also makes it easier to adjust the flow and check the pressure. Using a manifold keeps the pipes neat and reduces messy piping.

Parameters of Boiler Manifold Kit
A boiler manifold kit is an integrated assembly used for distributing and collecting water or steam in a boiler system. The core includes the main pipeline with a multi-branch structure, a valve assembly for controlling on-off and flow rate, and connecting and sealing parts. The purpose is to evenly distribute the fluid output by the boiler to multiple heat terminals or collect return fluid. Independent control of different areas can be realized through branch valves. A single branch can be closed during maintenance without stopping the whole boiler system.

1. What is a boiler manifold kit?
Plumberstar’s Boiler Manifold Kit is an integrated part for water distribution and temperature control. It is made for boilers, wall-hung boilers, and hot water systems. It acts as a central hub to connect the boiler with heating circuits like underfloor heating and radiators.
This kit comes as a complete set. It includes the manifold body, flow regulators, temperature control valves, air vents, plugs, union joints, and mounting brackets.
Its main job is to send hot water from the boiler evenly to each heating branch. It also lets you adjust flow and temperature for each branch separately. This supports zone control, hydraulic balance, maintenance, and air release.
Unlike regular underfloor heating manifolds, this boiler manifold focuses more on pressure resistance, high temperature resistance, and boiler interface compatibility.
It has a compact structure and is easy to install. It comes with a standard pre-assembled setup. You can connect it directly to the boiler pipeline. You do not need to buy extra separate parts.

2. What is the difference between a distribution manifold and a collection manifold?
The branch port is usually equipped with a regulating valve to control the flow rate. It is mostly used to transport hot water and other media in scenes such as floor heating and central air conditioning water systems.
The collector collects the multi-channel tributaries flowing through each branch into a main stream and returns to the source of the system. The ports are equipped with exhaust valves and blowdown valves to facilitate the discharge of air and impurities in the pipeline.
3. Can the manifold be used for gas distribution?
Plumberstar’s Boiler Manifold Kit cannot be used for gas distribution. This product is made for water heating systems only. That includes hot water, cold water, and heating water circulation. It is not fit for gas, like natural gas, liquefied gas, or artificial gas. Its design, structure, sealing, and materials are all for water use.
First, the manifold’s flow channel, gaskets, and sealing methods follow water system standards. They are made to resist water pressure, high temperature, and prevent water leakage. Gas molecules are smaller and easier to leak. Gas needs much stricter sealing than water. Using this manifold for gas can cause slow leaks. This is very dangerous.
Gas distribution needs special equipment. You must use professional gas manifolds and gas pipes. These products meet strict gas industry standards. They are up to standard in materials, welding, sealing, and pressure.
4. What is the package of the boiler manifold kit?
Plumberstar’s Boiler Manifold Kit comes with complete protective packaging. The packaging is made to protect the product, make shipping easy, and let you use it right after unpacking. It’s standard and meets foreign trade and long sea shipping protection rules.
Every boiler manifold is protected separately before shipping. Each interface on the manifold has a plastic cover. This stops threads from getting hit, scratched, or dusty during transport.
Small parts like valves and air vents are packed in sealed bags. This prevents loss or damage from bumps.
The whole manifold is put into a thick, custom EPE foam or foam lining. The foam holds it tightly in place. The main body, valves, joints, and brackets won’t shake, rub, or hit each other inside the box.
All internal parts are complete and sorted. Mounting brackets, screws, gaskets, plugs, and other small parts are in separate bags. A simple installation manual is included, too. You can install and use it right when you get it.
The outer packaging is a high-strength corrugated carton. It’s strong and can stand pressure. It works for stacking many layers. The carton has clear prints: product name, specs, quantity, gross and net weight. It also has warning signs for moisture and drop protection. We can print the Plumberstar logo or the neutral logo as you need.
For large orders, we stack cartons on qualified solid wood or plywood pallets. We wrap them tightly with stretch film. This keeps the whole pallet stable during sea and land transport. It won’t tip over or get damaged easily.
The packaging is both protective and practical. It stops transport damage. It also makes receiving, storing, and selling easier and more standard.

7. Can the flow rate be customized in a boiler manifold kit?
Of course, the flow rate of the boiler manifold set can be customized.
Based on the boiler’s rated power, the total water flow in the pipeline system, and the heat needed by the devices in each branch, the flow in each branch can be set and adjusted accurately. This is done by changing the diameter of the branch pipes, using different flow control valves or balancing valves, and improving the design of the internal flow channels.
This helps all devices, such as floor heating and radiators, achieve even heat distribution. It also stops some areas from getting too hot or too cold and fits the heating needs of buildings of different sizes.
